We focus on healthy fats, quality proteins and organic whole foods, creating many naturally gluten free options. We never use refined sugars, processed foods, trans fats, additives or artificial sweeteners. Our eggs are supplied by Glovers Farm, our neighbouring farmer, who's chickens we can watch free range. Seasonal produce is sourced locally and we support local business and suppliers where ever possible.

We are at the Creake Abbey Farmers Market on the first Saturday of every month with a range of produce, and also have occasional 'POPUPs' locally.
We offer a weekly delivery service within a 10 mile radius of Sedgeford. If you would like to place an order for delivery or pre order to collect, please send us a message.

All dishes, with the exception of the Souffle and Panna Cotta pots, are created for 6 people/portions, however we can make these larger on request.

We deliver free of charge within 15 miles of Sedgeford and add a £5 delivery charge for deliveries between 15-20 miles. If you live further afield, please enquire for delivery costs.
Deliveries for our Dining menu are typically Wednesday - Friday however, we will always try to accommodate your requirements.
